Allodial Predict for building materials distributors
A project buyer disappearing is normal, because the project ended. A repeat contractor disappearing is a problem. Both look identical on a revenue report.
BisTrack and Spruce work through an export, like every system other than QuickBooks Online and Odoo. Both export order history, and an export is enough to run this, including the free check.
Why this trade reads differently
The two kinds of buyer have to be read differently, and their own order history is what separates them. A contractor with four years of steady reordering has a baseline worth measuring. A buyer with one burst of orders around a single job does not, and is not flagged as though it did.
What a flag looks like here
Linden Builders orders every 14 days. It has been 46.
What the save looks like
Written by us as an illustration. In the product, the opener is drafted from the account's own orders within your save playbook, labelled as drafted, and a person sends it.
Check whether the last few orders were one job or ordinary resupply before calling. The conversation is completely different, and the order history on the account already tells you which it was.
Typical product lines
Line drift works at this level: an account still ordering that has nearly stopped buying one of these. Your own lines come from your item categories.

Systems this trade runs on
QuickBooks Online and Odoo connect directly, read only. Every other system works through an order history export, which is enough for everything here, including the free check.
