How It Works
Read order history from Epicor Prophet 21, Epicor Eclipse, or QuickBooks Online, or drop in a CSV export. A customer, a date and an amount per order is all that is strictly required.
The accounts that broke their own ordering rhythm land on one short list, capped so it stays workable. One row per account, each carrying the sentence that explains the flag and a concrete action.
Run a Replay on your own history before committing to any new process. It names which accounts drifted, the date each one would have been flagged, how many days of warning that would have bought, and what each account was worth.
