Changelog
What changed, and when
Every change a customer can see, newest first.
A simpler Home, and Allo where you are
- ·Home opens with one line from Allo about your own accounts, a line about last night's run, and the chat box. Asking turns the page into the chat: your question shows at once and the answer comes in as it is written.
- ·Your recent chats are listed on Home under the chat box. On every other page they are in the sidebar's Allo group, under Ask Allo.
- ·Your next call shows the one account to work first, with its status, the reason, its 12-month revenue and two lines to open the call with; Log call, Draft and Skip are right there, and See all opens the full list.
- ·Every account carries one status, the same word everywhere: Gone quiet, Slipping, Spending less, Stopped buying a line or New and stalled when it needs work. The ? beside it explains it with the account's own numbers.
- ·Ask Allo about this page, the bar at the foot of every page, asks about what is on screen, and Open as full chat moves the conversation to its own page.
- ·After each nightly run Allo prepares up to three things for you, such as a win-back plan or check-in drafts, and Home shows one line to review them. Nothing changes until you approve, and nothing is sent.
What Allo knows
- ·A new page in Settings shows everything Allo keeps about your company and about you: what you sell, your trade, the trades your customers are in, your branches, the save playbook, your name and role, and the preferences you saved.
- ·Save how Allo drafts for you: the tone (friendly, direct or formal), the length (short, standard or detailed) and a sign-off. Owners and managers can name a default assignee for accounts moved without naming anyone.
- ·Tell Allo "remember I like short drafts" and it shows a card to approve, with Undo; nothing is remembered before you approve. Allo says when a draft or a plan used a saved preference.
- ·Delete any preference on the page, with Undo, and Allo stops using it from your next message. Ask Allo "what do you know about me" and it answers from the same page, with the link.
- ·Drafts that name a product with a part number in it are now written by Allo instead of falling back to the plain version.
Order history in a chat
- ·Drop a CSV or Excel export into a chat with Allo. It shows how each column was read and how sure it is, and asks only about the columns it is not sure of.
- ·The panel beside the chat shows the rows with problems, in plain words with how to fix each one, and the first rows as they would import. Nothing is written until you approve.
- ·Approve, and the import runs with a progress bar, then detection and Replay; Replay's findings appear in the same chat with a link to the full Replay and the next steps.
- ·A half-finished import waits in its chat, and Imports offers to continue it. Rows the checks mark as problems are now left out of every import, as the review screens said.
- ·Owners and managers can connect QuickBooks, or Odoo where it is turned on, from a chat; the key goes into the form, never into the chat.
Campaigns
- ·Plan a push on a set of accounts: win-back, shrinking accounts, line drift recovery, expansion, new account ramp or seasonal pre-buy. Every account in the audience shows why it is there, in the words of the rule that put it there.
- ·Launching puts each step on the account's own rep's list on its date: a call task, a follow-up, a check-in note, a manager review, and for an email step a draft written from the account's own orders and checked against your save playbook. Nothing is sent for you.
- ·The campaign page shows who was contacted, who was reached, the outcomes logged, and the accounts that came back after contact with the revenue from those orders. An optional holdout leaves some accounts uncontacted for an honest comparison.
- ·Build one from the form on Campaigns, or ask Allo: it shows the campaign as one plan you approve once, with one Undo. Either can edit the other's work. Owners turn Campaigns on in Settings, Features.
Allo plans
- ·Ask Allo for several changes at once, for example "Put John on the north accounts, Jordan on south, Jack on the city ones". Allo finds the people and the places in your own data and shows one plan: each step, how many accounts move and from whom, and what it assumed.
- ·If a name or a place could mean more than one thing, Allo asks first, with the choices and how many accounts each covers.
- ·Remove a step or uncheck accounts, then approve once. The plan runs while you watch, keeps going if you leave, can be paused, and ends with a summary and one Undo for the whole plan.
- ·Allo can now also mark a follow-up done, watch an account or line, save a view and schedule a report, each after you approve it, and answers how any page works from the help center.
Allo home
- ·Signing in now opens Allo home: a greeting, a box to ask Allo anything, and below it today's top accounts, your follow-ups and drafts, and a few suggested chats built from your own data.
- ·Log an outcome or draft an email straight from the top accounts; See all of today opens the full list, which is also still in the sidebar.
- ·Owners, managers and branch managers see this month's team goals there when Goals is on.
- ·An owner can switch Allo home off in Settings, Features; everyone then lands on Today as before.
Chats with Allo
- ·Every conversation with Allo is kept as a chat, titled from your question, in the sidebar under the main navigation. See all searches, renames, pins, archives and deletes them, with Undo.
- ·Share a chat with a teammate to read. Chats are private until you do.
- ·Ask Allo about this account, on an account page, and about this line, on a product line, start a chat about it.
- ·While Allo answers you see each thing it reads, and can open a step to see what it read. Stop, Retry and Edit your last question.
- ·Changes Allo proposes, drafts and tables open in a review panel beside the chat. Tables sort and export to CSV.
- ·A rerun started from Allo keeps going if you leave the page, shows its progress in the sidebar, and tells you when it is done.
Odoo, and clearer account pages
- ·Odoo 16 and later connects directly, read only: posted invoices and credit notes, customers, products and their categories, salespeople. It is turned on for your company when we set it up with you.
- ·Odoo's own invoice export loads on Imports as it is, for Odoo plans that do not allow outside apps.
- ·Product lines set for the whole company now save as intended.
- ·Allo's answers link every account to its page, and a restored conversation keeps its order.
- ·The team activity feed shows only the company you are viewing.
- ·Today's product line banner names the line, the accounts and the days again, instead of blanks.
- ·Product lines and Replay no longer show their tables twice on a computer screen.
- ·Setting up: the See your Replay step ticks itself once detection has run on your data.
- ·Public help center, changelog and methodology pages, with every threshold published.
Features you can switch, and a fuller daily list
- ·Settings, Features: owners turn each optional feature on or off for the company, and every surface follows.
- ·The daily list shows accounts that dropped a product line, and each person's list is capped so it stays workable.
- ·Win-back messages are drafted within your save playbook.
- ·New-account thresholds can be changed on Detection.
- ·Every action that fails says what went wrong in plain words.
- ·Emails that bounce or are reported as spam are stopped, and owners are told in the app.
Replay in the background, and bigger books
- ·Replay runs in the background with its progress in words, and is one click from an approved import.
- ·The daily list, Accounts and scorecards work on books of 500 accounts and more.
- ·If Today cannot load, it says so with a Retry button instead of showing an empty day.
Scorecards, watchlist, contacts and Replay exports
- ·Rep, team and company scorecards, with the rows behind every number, and a Monday email to owners.
- ·Watch an account or a product line and be told in the app when it changes.
- ·Contacts on each account, with tap to call, and a CSV import.
- ·Follow-ups ask what happened when you complete them, and move with an account when it changes owner.
- ·Replay: a clusters section, an owner and a plain sentence on every row, the reasons accounts were set aside, a note when thresholds changed since the run, and CSV and one-page PDF exports.
- ·Mentions in notes, and handing a leaving rep's book to teammates in one step.
- ·Data health suggests possible duplicate customers.
- ·Project orders can be told apart from stock orders and left out of detection.
- ·Scheduled reports, monthly team goals, and the expansion and win-back views.
- ·Allo can propose assignments, invites, threshold and playbook changes for you to confirm.
The morning briefing
- ·A short briefing at the top of Today: what changed since yesterday, who to call first, and what is due.
- ·Expansion: product lines that similar accounts buy and this one does not.
