What happens when my 60-day trial ends?

Nothing is charged automatically. When your 60-day trial ends you choose whether to subscribe. If you do not, your account moves to read-only and your data is retained so you can return or export it. There is no auto-conversion.

What is the difference between Core and Professional?

Core runs the full forecasting engine, replay simulation, alerts, and regional signals for a single location with up to 5 users and 150 active customers. Professional adds multi-location analytics (up to 3), team workflows, the full ERP suite, executive reporting, and higher limits (15 users, 500 customers).

Is my ERP data shared with anyone?

No. Your inventory and ERP data is forecasted by statistical models that run entirely inside our database, with no external AI. Allobot and import column mapping process operational data through OpenAI under its API terms, never to train models, and your raw inventory data is never used for AI training. Public operational signals (regional supply stress) use AI-assisted classification, and that never touches your account data.

What does Coming Soon mean?

Coming Soon features are on the roadmap and shown with a badge so you know what is planned. They are not yet active on your plan. We never charge for a feature before it ships, and your tier unlocks it automatically when it launches.

How does Founder pricing work?

Founder pricing is a permanently reduced rate for early partners, set with structurally separate price objects rather than a coupon. You lock it in when you subscribe during or after your trial, and it never increases.

Can I switch between monthly, quarterly, and annual?

Yes. You can switch billing cycles at any time from your billing settings. Changes apply at the start of your next billing period.

What's the difference between Core and Professional?

Core covers the full forecasting engine, replay simulation, SKU alerts, and regional signals for a single location. Professional adds multi-location analytics, team workflows, supplier disruption monitoring, and executive reporting.

What if the recommendations aren't accurate?

That's exactly what the 60-day trial is for. Run the replay validation first. It tests the engine against your actual historical data and shows you the catch rate before you change anything in your workflow.

Are founder pricing rates really permanent?
