When does billing start?
Billing starts only when your trial ends and you choose to continue. You can use the full 60 days and walk away with no charge. No credit card required to start.
What happens when my 60-day trial ends?
Nothing is charged automatically. When your 60-day trial ends you choose whether to subscribe. If you do not, your account moves to read-only and your data is retained so you can return or export it. There is no auto-conversion.
Is detection weaker on Core?
No. Detection quality, the baseline method, the levels, and the priority order are identical at every tier, and so are seats. Core is limited by how many accounts you monitor and how many systems you connect, not by how well it works.
What is the difference between Core and Professional?
Core covers 150 accounts and one connection. Professional raises that to 500 accounts and three connections, and adds product-level drift detail (which categories an account stopped buying), the cross-rep coverage view, book-wide replay, and shared saved lists.
What does Complete add?
Unlimited accounts and connections, plus Order Planning — a demand aggregate that discounts accounts going quiet so you stop buying for customers who are leaving. It also covers ERP write-back, multiple legal entities, and thresholds tuned to your own seasonality.
Does anything about my accounts get decided by AI?
No. Which accounts are flagged, at what level, in what order, and the sentence explaining each one are all computed arithmetically from your order dates and amounts. The in-app assistant and the CSV column matcher use OpenAI under its API terms, and neither decides anything about an account. Your data is never used to train a model.
How many seats do we get?
Unlimited, at every tier. Charging per seat would push you to leave reps off the system, and a rep who cannot see their own accounts is the one case where this does not work.
How does Founder pricing work?
Founder pricing is a permanently reduced rate for early partners, set with structurally separate price objects rather than a coupon. You lock it in when you subscribe during or after your trial, and it never increases.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. You can switch billing cycles at any time from your billing settings. Changes apply at the start of your next billing period.
What if I disagree with a flag?
Open the account and you see the baseline it was measured against, the gap that broke it, what changed in its order mix, and what it is worth. If the account is seasonal or the pattern is wrong, you mark it and it stops being flagged for that reason.
Are founder pricing rates really permanent?
