Common questions.

Everything you need to know before getting started.

The Platform

What is Allodial Predict?

Allodial Predict is a B2B SaaS platform for supply distributors. It tracks inventory consumption across your customer accounts, identifies reorder patterns from that data, and tells you when each product needs to be reordered — before your customers run out.

How does the analysis work?

The platform calculates average daily consumption rates from the intervals between your inventory counts. Using those rates, current on-hand quantities, and configured lead times, it produces projected runout dates and recommended reorder dates for every product at every location.

Does this use AI or external data?

Inventory predictions are statistical, running entirely inside your database with no external AI. Allobot, our in-app assistant, and the import column-mapping tool use AI (OpenAI) to help you interpret and map your data, processed under OpenAI's API terms. Your data is never used to train AI models, and your raw inventory counts and order history are not sent to any external AI provider.

How reliable are the analyses?

Accuracy improves with more data. With consistent count history across multiple intervals, the platform typically achieves 80–90%+ catch rates on real stockout events. The What-If Replay Engine lets you validate accuracy against your historical data before you rely on it.

What data do I need to get started?

You need to be able to log inventory counts — what's on hand at each customer location. Historical count data is helpful but not required. The system starts generating analyses after just a few count intervals. A CSV import tool is available for historical data.

Does it integrate with my existing systems?

Not yet. Allodial Predict is standalone and web-based. CSV import is available for bulk data upload. Native integrations are on the product roadmap and may be available for enterprise accounts.

Early Access

What does 'alpha' mean for this product?

The core platform is fully functional and being used in real distribution operations. Alpha means we're onboarding selectively, working directly with each partner during setup, and actively expanding capabilities based on real-world feedback. It is not a prototype.

Is the platform stable enough to use?

Yes. Production infrastructure runs on Supabase and Vercel, both enterprise-grade platforms. The platform is designed for production use. Alpha refers to the onboarding model — selective and supported — not to software maturity.

How do I get access?

Sign up directly at allodialsupply.com/signup. You get full platform access immediately with a 60-day free trial. No application required.

Can I use a regular sign-up link instead of applying?

Yes, just sign up directly. You'll get immediate access and a 60-day free trial. No application or approval process.

Pricing

Is there a free trial?

Yes. All accounts receive a 60-day free trial with full access to all platform features. No credit card is required to start.

When does billing start?

Billing begins only when your trial ends and you choose to subscribe. You can use the full 60 days without committing to anything.

What is the 'locked preferred pricing' for alpha partners?

Alpha partners who subscribe lock in a pricing tier permanently. Standard pricing for future customers will be higher. The preferred rate is a structural commitment — not a promo code or discount that expires.

What happens if I don't subscribe after my trial?

Your account is suspended after a 30-day grace period. Your data is retained for 30 additional days, giving you time to export it. After that, data is deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.

Security & Data

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is stored on Supabase (Postgres) with row-level security enforced at the database layer. Your data is completely isolated from other tenants. All transport uses HTTPS with HSTS enforced.

Does Allodial Predict use my data to train AI models?

No. Your data is never used to train AI models, sold, or shared for advertising. Predictions are statistical and run inside your account's database. The Allobot assistant and import column mapping process limited operational context (such as customer names and account summaries) through OpenAI under its API terms, never for model training, and your raw inventory counts and order history are never sent to any external AI provider.

Where is my data stored?

Data is stored on Supabase's infrastructure. Compute runs on Vercel. Both platforms operate enterprise-grade infrastructure. Specific region availability depends on your account's configuration.

What devices does it work on?

Allodial Predict is fully web-based and responsive. It works on any modern browser across desktop, tablet, and mobile. No app installation required.
