Allodial Predict — Allodial Supply Co

Last updated: June 2026

Overview

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs how you may use Allodial Predict, operated by Allodial Supply Co LLC, a subsidiary of Allodial Holdings LLC. It is part of our Terms of Service. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account.

Permitted Uses

Allodial Predict exists to help distribution businesses run better. You may:

  • Import and analyze purchase order history, product data, and reorder patterns for your distribution business
  • Connect your own QuickBooks Online, Sage, or NetSuite account via read-only OAuth
  • Generate reorder predictions, trend analysis, and suggested purchase orders for your customer accounts
  • Invite your team members (admins and account managers) to collaborate within your account
  • Export your own data for business purposes
  • Evaluate the platform under your trial or alpha agreement

Prohibited Uses

You may not:

  • Access data you don't own — attempt to access another tenant's data, bypass tenant isolation, or probe security controls without written authorization
  • Misuse integrations — connect a QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite account you are not authorized to connect, or use the integration to obtain data beyond what your business is entitled to access
  • Scrape or harvest — perform automated extraction of platform data not intended for export
  • Resell access — sublicense, resell, or share platform access with third parties without written authorization
  • Reverse engineer — extract, decompile, or replicate the platform's algorithms, prediction models, or proprietary systems
  • Abuse infrastructure — send excessive requests, attempt denial-of-service, or interfere with the platform or its third-party integrations (including triggering rate limits on Intuit, Sage, or NetSuite APIs through misuse)
  • Break the law — use the platform in connection with unlawful activity or in violation of applicable regulations
  • Misrepresent identity — impersonate another person, organization, or Allodial employee
  • Introduce malicious code — upload malware or any code designed to damage, interfere with, or surveil systems

Data Restrictions

Only import or connect data you have the right to use. The platform is built for business operational data — purchase orders, products, and business reorder patterns. Do not use the platform to store:

  • Consumer personal information
  • Protected health information (PHI)
  • Payment card numbers
  • Personal data of individuals beyond the business contact details necessary for normal operations

Integration Conduct

When using the QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite integrations, you must keep your own credentials with those providers secure and comply with their terms of service. Do not share OAuth-connected accounts across unrelated businesses.

Enforcement

We monitor for patterns consistent with AUP violations. If we detect one, we may issue a warning and request remediation, temporarily suspend the affected account or feature, or permanently terminate the account without refund for serious or repeated violations. We will attempt to notify you before acting, except where a violation poses immediate risk to other customers, the platform, or a connected integration partner.

Reporting

To report a violation or a security vulnerability: security@allodialsupply.com. We ask security researchers to practice responsible disclosure and give us reasonable time to remediate before public disclosure.
