Alpha Program Terms

Allodial Predict — Allodial Supply Co

Last updated: June 2026

Overview

These Alpha Program Terms supplement the Terms of Service for participants in the Allodial Predict alpha program. In case of conflict, the Terms of Service govern.

What Alpha Means

Allodial Predict is in alpha — an early, selectively onboarded stage of the product. The platform is production-grade: it runs on enterprise infrastructure (Vercel, Supabase, hosted in the USA), uses real data, and is actively used in live distribution operations. "Alpha" describes the onboarding model, not the software maturity.

Alpha partners are onboarded directly by the Allodial team with hands-on configuration and ongoing support. This is a collaborative relationship, not a self-serve trial.

Access Is Invitation-Only

Access during alpha is by invitation only. Accounts are created by the Allodial team after review of each application. Self-registration is not available.

Platform Evolution

During alpha, the platform will change. Features may be added, modified, or removed as we learn from real operational use. We do not guarantee feature stability, but we will communicate significant changes to active partners directly and work with you to manage transitions for capabilities you depend on.

Real Data, Real Infrastructure

Alpha accounts run on production infrastructure with real data — your order history, product data, predictions, and any connected ERP data are live, not sandboxed. All standard security practices apply from day one: tenant isolation via row-level security, TLS encryption, encrypted backups, and encrypted OAuth tokens for connected QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite accounts.

See our Privacy Policy and Security page.

Integrations During Alpha

The QuickBooks Online, Sage, and NetSuite integrations are read-only and may themselves be in staged rollout during alpha. You can disconnect any integration at any time from your settings; disconnecting deletes the stored connection tokens immediately. If an integration must be paused (for example, during a provider API change), we will notify affected partners.

Support During Alpha

Alpha partners receive direct support from the Allodial team on a best-effort basis. We do not publish formal SLA response times during alpha, but we prioritize active partner requests and respond to critical issues promptly.

Trial Period

All alpha partners receive a 60-day free trial with full platform access. No credit card is required. The trial begins at account activation, not application date.

Preferred Pricing Commitment

Alpha partners who subscribe after their trial activate a permanently locked preferred pricing tier. This rate does not increase and is structurally separate from standard pricing — not a discount, coupon, or time-limited promotion.

To lock preferred pricing, you must subscribe before your account is marked post-alpha; we will communicate that timeline clearly before any pricing change takes effect.

Feedback and Collaboration

You may be asked for feedback on features, workflows, and product direction. Feedback is voluntary and does not grant you ownership of resulting features. Product decisions remain at Allodial Supply Co LLC's sole discretion.

Confidentiality

Alpha partners may see features or information not yet publicly disclosed. Please do not share details of unreleased functionality, roadmap items, or platform architecture with competitors or press without written consent.

Termination

Either party may end alpha participation at any time. If you terminate during your trial, your data is retained for 30 days and then deleted (or sooner on request, per the Privacy Policy). If we terminate for cause (violation of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy), the preferred pricing commitment does not apply.
