Why we collect your phone number

Allodial Predict may ask for your phone number during account setup or when enabling two-factor authentication. We use your phone number solely to send one-time passcodes (OTPs) for identity verification purposes — to confirm that you are the authorized account holder.

What we send

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive:

• One-time verification codes (OTPs) for account sign-in and identity confirmation
• Security alerts when unusual account activity is detected

We never send marketing messages, promotional offers, or unsolicited communications via SMS. Message frequency depends on your account activity — typically fewer than 5 messages per month.

Message and data rates

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Allodial Supply Co LLC does not charge any additional fee for SMS messages.

How to opt out

You may opt out of SMS verification messages at any time by contacting our support team at support@allodialsupply.com. Note that disabling SMS may limit your ability to use SMS-based two-factor authentication. You can switch to an authenticator app (TOTP) as an alternative at any time in your account settings.

How we protect your number

Your phone number is stored securely and is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS messages are delivered via Twilio, our verified messaging provider, in accordance with their Privacy Policy.
