Watchlist and alerts
Watch an account or a product line and be told in the app when something happens.
You are told when a watched account's level changes, when a large order arrives on it (at least twice its usual order, judged against its own earlier orders), when a follow-up on it is due, and when a teammate adds a note.
For a watched product line you are told when an account stops buying it, and when several accounts drop it together.

- Watch from an account page or from Product lines. The bell in the top bar holds your alerts; Accounts and Product lines have a Watching filter.
- Who
- Everyone. Owners can see what each person watches, on Team.
