The save playbook
What a drafted message may offer, set once by the owner.
It lists the levers a draft may use (a call, a branch visit, a sample, a ride-along, and any freight waiver, price match or terms up to the limits you set per role), words never to use, the tone, and whether to call or email first.
With nothing set, drafts offer a call or a visit only. Every draft is checked against the playbook before it is shown; one that offers anything outside it is rewritten or marked for owner review. Drafts are labelled as drafted and a person sends them.
