Overnight prep
After each nightly run, Allo prepares up to three things for you to approve on Home.
What Allo prepares comes only from what the app already found: the accounts that stopped buying a product line, the accounts that started slipping, and your follow-ups due today. No model decides who is on it.
Up to three things, in this order: a draft for a follow-up due today; a win-back plan for the accounts that stopped buying the same product line (a line drift campaign for owners, managers and branch managers when Campaigns is on, else a follow-up on each account); and check-in drafts for slipping accounts, the most revenue first.
Nothing changes until you approve. A plan opens in its plan card: remove a step or an account, then Approve once and it runs as you, with Undo. A draft shows its text, labelled as drafted by AI or the plain version, checked against your save playbook; Save draft keeps it in your drafts to edit and send yourself. Nothing is ever sent.
Dismiss anything you do not want. Allo does not prepare it again for the same reason; a new reason (another account dropping the same line, a new slip) can come up another night. Anything you leave is replaced by the next night's prep.
Drafts are written by the same writer as Draft on an account and count toward your company's monthly AI budget. When the budget is reached Allo stops writing drafts until the next month; plans, which need no model, are still prepared. An owner can turn Overnight prep off in Settings, Features; it needs Allo actions on.
- Where
- Home, as one line under the chat box: "Allo prepared 3 things for you. Nothing changes until you approve." Review opens them in the side panel.
- Who
- Owners, managers, branch managers and reps, each about their own accounts: a rep their own book, a branch manager their branches, owners and managers the company. A viewer and the import-only seat get none. What is prepared for you is yours alone; an owner does not see a rep's.
