The new account ramp
Accounts whose first order was recent, and whether they ordered again.

Off until an owner turns it on in Settings, Features. It is on every plan.
An account is new when its first order was within the window set on Detection (180 days unless changed). It shows the second and third order dates, the interval so far, and the lines bought.
An account that ordered once and has not ordered again within the number of days set on Detection (60 unless changed) carries the status New and stalled on every row, so it can be worked early. It counts as needing work.
