Logging a call
Two clicks to record what happened, which takes the account off today's list.
Choose Reached them, Left a message, No answer, Wrong contact, They ordered, Lost to a competitor, or Not a real risk with a reason. Add a note if you like, and a follow-up date.
Snooze an account for 7, 14 or 30 days with a reason; it returns by itself. Not a real risk feeds a review list used to tune the thresholds.
They ordered is confirmed from the next order that arrives, not from the click.
- Where
- Log call on every account row (Home, Today, Accounts), and on the account page. Every row has the same three actions: Log call, Draft, and a menu with Snooze, Assign and Open.
- Who
- Owners, managers, branch managers and reps.
