Loading order history in a chat

Drop a CSV or Excel export of your sales or invoice lines into a chat, or say "here's my order history" and Allo asks for the file. It goes through the same import as the Imports page: the columns are matched, every row is checked, and nothing is written to your accounts until you approve.

Allo tells you how each column was read and how sure it is. It asks only about the columns it is not sure of, one at a time, with buttons. The panel beside the chat shows every column, which rows have problems and how to fix each one, and the first rows as they would import. You can change any column there, fix a row in place, or leave it out.

Approve, and the import runs with a progress bar, then detection and Replay. It keeps going if you leave the page, and you get a notification. When it is done, Replay's findings appear in the chat with a link to the full Replay and the next steps: a win-back plan, or assigning the accounts that have no rep.

Stopped halfway? The chat keeps the import where you left it, and Imports offers to continue it. To connect instead, ask Allo to connect QuickBooks or Odoo: the form appears in the chat, you type any key into the form and never into the chat, and Replay follows the first read.
